电感式位置测量系统PMI为所有的工业定位任务提供了理想解决方案。该系统适合从几毫米到数米的直线运动，部分到整周的旋转运动。该测量系统包括了PMI传感器和铁制驱动器。电感式操作的传统优势包括抗干扰，坚固性和耐磨性。传感器的优势包括内置运行诊断，可以监测测量和检测区域内区执行器的丧失。借助集成的温度补偿功能，电感位置和角度测量系统非常适合户外及恶劣环境。
PMI 电感式位置测量技术将电感式接近开关的工作原理与位移检测和角度定位系统的精确性结合在一起。PMI 传感器通过一个简单的钢铁材质的目标块来产生一个和位移或角度成比例的输出信号。除了电流模拟量和电压模拟量输出外，还有用户可设置的开关点输出。对于二进制传感器来说，PMI 极大的丰富了功能的灵活性，同时也节省了安装成本及其他一些额外成本。
