对于大多数的控制系统而言，常常需要将输入信号转换为系统可接受的信号模式。那么信号调节器的功能就是将各种现场信号，例如热电偶，热电阻转换为多种标准的仪表信号(1…5V, 4…20 mA, 等.)。
信号调节器对于信号的精确传输、信号的隔离以及防止信号干扰等方面起到很大的作用。
这个信号调节器省IDES的隔离在现场电路和控制电路之间。该设备提供2线发射器，也可以使用。电流源。该装置将模拟输入信号传送到控制侧。作为两个独立的输出信号。双向沟通支持使用电流调制传输的智能发射机接收数据的数据和电压调制。输出被选择为CU。电流源，电流，或通过开关的电压源。用于HART通信者连接的测试套接字集成到设备的终端。
