对于大多数的控制系统而言，常常需要将输入信号转换为系统可接受的信号模式。那么信号调节器的功能就是将各种现场信号，例如热电偶，热电阻转换为多种标准的仪表信号(1…5V, 4…20 mA, 等.)。
信号调节器对于信号的精确传输、信号的隔离以及防止信号干扰等方面起到很大的作用。
此信号调节器提供非隔离的隔离—本质安全应用。该设备提供2线和3线发射器，可以也可用于电流和电压源。输入范围包括0/4 mA ... 20 mA或 0/2 V ... 10 V。在输出端，信号可用0/4 mA ... 20 mA 或 0/2 V ... 10 V。输出和测量范围是按开关选择在设备的前面。
