倍加福隔离式安全栅不但有限能的功能，还有隔离功能，它主要由回路限能单元，信号和电源隔离单元、信号处理单元组成。隔离式安全栅采用了将输入、输出以及电源三方之间相互电气隔离的电路结构，同时符合本安型限制能量的要求。
K系列隔离式安全栅能够为用户提供全方位的解决方案，K系列安全栅保证现场设备和控制室之间可靠&经济的信号传送。无论用户单一的选择信号隔离模块或者进行大规模的系统集成，K系列产品都能提供面向应用的解决方案。
变送器供电模块接收普通或者智能变送器的4…20 mA信号的同时，为该变送器供电。该模块将危险区的测量值（例如温度、压力、流量等）成比例的变送成电流信号送往安全区。
二线制变送器的供电和信号从同一对导线上传输。智能型变送器不仅供电和传输普通的4…20mA信号，同时还将数字信号叠加在模拟信号上。

电气接线图
隔离式安全栅在安装中时的注意事项：
1.隔离式安全栅应安装在安全场所，并环境条件能满足本手册《通用技术指标》中的“使用条件”的要求。
2.隔离式安全栅本安端（蓝色标记）和非本安端电路的接线导线在汇线槽中应分开铺设，各自采用独立的保护套管。本安侧的配线套管内不允许有其它电源线，包括其本安电路使用的电源线。
3.通往危险场所的导线应选用有蓝色标记的本安导线，导线线的软铜面积必须大于0.5mm2，绝缘强度应大于500V。
4.在对隔离式安全栅进行通电调试前，必须注意隔离式安全栅的型号、接线方法、线路极性等，是否符合设计及产品要求中的规定，否则可能对人身及设备造成伤害。
5.严禁用兆欧表测试隔离安全栅端子之间的绝缘强度。如要检查系统的绝缘强度，应先断开全部的接线，否则可能引起安全栅内部快速熔断器熔断。
6.在现场对安全栅进行编程前，必须先将所有接线断开再接入编程器，然后通电编程，否则可能引起不良后果。
7.与隔离式安全栅相连的现场仪表，均应通过经国家认定的防爆检验部门的防爆试验、并取得防爆合格证的仪表。
8.在设计、安装、使用、维护隔离式安全栅时，应同时遵守本产品手册中的说明及《GB3836.15-2000爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第十五部分：危险场所电气安装（煤矿除外）》、《GB50058-1992 爆炸和火灾危险环境电力设置设计规范》。
