倾角传感器适合测量移动序列，不受移动轨迹的影响。倾角的测量用于长期监测机器的运行状态从而确定是否需要对机器进行调整。倾角传感器把MCU，MEMS加速度计，模数转换电路，通讯单元全都集成在一块非常小的电路板上面。可以直接输出角度等倾斜数据，让人们更方便的使用它。
倾角传感器提供运动控制或关键倾斜限位检测的角度反馈。应用包括汽车车身的实时喷涂系统，或工程机械上的倾斜角监测系统。
F99系列传感器包含一个坚固的金属支架和一个传感器模块，不需要移动支架，只通过一个集成在支架上的紧固件，就可以轻松固定和更换传感器模块。支架上的锁紧楔确保了在重型机械振动时最优化的受力方式
