振动限位开关 LVL-M2H

如今,液位测量技术是化学、化工、环境和相关行业中过程控制管理的基本技术。倍加福可帮助用户解决特殊测量和控制问题,并且能够精确的检测任何介质的液位。

限位检测开关在介质达到设定高度、超过设定值或者低于设定值的时候进行切换信号。 设定值(VDI/VDE Directive 3519)基于安装高度。

音叉液/料位测量仪的工作模式:两片音叉在使用中由压电器件振动。在空气中音叉有一个固定振动频率。当遇到液体时,音叉频率和振幅发生改变。电路检测到这些变化并产生开关信号。

在用有振动式限位开关测量限位时,将棒或音叉置于振动中。如果振动探头与介质发生接触,则振动会发生改变,振动式限位开关发出一个开关指令。将振动式限位开关作为溢流保护装置或空载报告器用于液体中以及颗粒状的或粉末状的固料中。

该装置是一个坚固的筒仓水平限位开关—粒或粗粒,非流态化固体。各种各样的设计意味着这个装置的范围很广。可在灰尘中使用易燃危险区。

典型的应用:谷物,咖啡豆,糖,动物饲料,大米,洗涤剂,染料粉、粉笔、石膏、水泥、砂、塑料颗粒。

Function principle limit detection
Maximum or minimum detection in tanks or pipelines containing all types of liquids including use in explosion hazardous areas. Particularly suited to very aggressive liquids thanks to high degree of corrosion protection.
Measuring method The forks of the sensors vibrate at their intrinsic frequency. This frequency is reduced when covered with liquid.
The change in frequency then activates the limit switch.
