电容式液位测量仪 LCL2

液位测量技术是化学、化工、环境和相关行业中过程控制管理的基本技术。
限值监测开关在介质达到设定高度、超过设定值或者低于设定值的时候进行切换信号。设定值(VDI/VDE Directive 3519)基于安装高度。
绝缘层内探头尾部的金属片与金属容器壁组成了一个电容，电容随着介质液位的升高而变化。因此，对于电容式液位量程需要介质的介电常数是固定的。 简单坚固的结构（杆探头或索缆式探头）可以用于液体、粒状固体、导电和非导电介质的物位测量。
金属容器壁与测量传感器的电极杆组成了电容的两个电极。电容值随介质液位的升高而变化。
