对于大多数的控制系统而言，常常需要将输入信号转换为系统可接受的信号模式。那么信号调节器的功能就是将各种现场信号，例如热电偶，热电阻转换为多种标准的仪表信号(1…5V, 4…20 mA, 等.)。
信号调节器对于信号的精确传输、信号的隔离以及防止信号干扰等方面起到很大的作用。
该信号调理器分析2数字信号（NAMUR传感器/机械接触）和功能作为一个旋转方向指示器，滑移监测频率监测或同步监测。每个接近传感器或开关控制无源晶体管输出。2个继电器输出表示输入信号高于或低于跳闸值或旋转方向。模拟输出可以被编程成比例输入频率或滑差。该单元易于编程。通过使用位于键盘上的在单位前面或与PACTware™配置软件。励磁电流的线路故障检测是由红色表示领导集体通过功率轨输出误差。
