开关量输入安全栅 HiC2441

H 系列可将多个隔离栅安装在端子板上，连接危险区现场设备和控制系统。与单一接口模块相比，端子板极大地简化接线，节省了成本。 端子板配有坚固的塑料机壳，便于在机柜内快速稳固的安装。在端子板上有多个安装卡槽，工程人员不必使用工具即可将隔离栅安装在端子板上。隔离栅模块支持热插拔。可选的故障监测端子板使得操作及维护更加快捷。
配有电缆连接头的预置电缆可以简化设计和文档管理。这些电缆代替了端子板与控制器I/O卡件（DCS，ESD）之间繁杂的点对点接线.
这个隔离的屏障用于本质安全应用。
该装置可以传递以下信号：
● 作为一个模拟输入：0/4 mA ... 20 mA
● 模拟输出：0/4 mA ... 20 mA
● 作为一个数字输入：NAMUR传感器或信号干接点
● 作为数字输出：最大45毫安
该装置不需要配置形式和适应自动对有源输入/输出功能连接过程控制系统。该设备允许双方向国际通行证HART通信。该装置的设计原则通用I/O使用地卡（如霍尼韦尔通用过程IO）。该装置安装在HIC终端板。
